We create microsensors that measure health & predict ripeness in fruit and vegetables. Like a gas chromatography machine but 1/10th the size and price. These cost-effective sensors can work by themselves or be linked to operators systems to automate cooling, ethylene among many other factors to produce the perfect atmosphere for produce depending on sending out dates.
