SWAT CAM
Share
SWAT CAM is a fully autonomous camera system that mounts to spray booms. It collects high quality images of the crop and weeds, which are then processed by a machine learning algorithm to determine % crop cover, % weed cover, and plant population for some crops. The data, processed through SWAT Records, can be used for future management decisions such as VR seed or herbicides or for virtual scouting. SWAT CAM requires paddocks to have current SWAT MAPS for data processing.
