The Laava Smart Fingerprints are available either on (1) a monthly subscription model based on volume, or (2) on a price-per-scan basis, more closely aligned to an ad-word model We want to be comfortable with the model that is best aligned to your way of doing business.
The Laava Smart Fingerprint can be integrated into your label printing processes. We work closely with you and your print partners to ensure a seamless integration. We can help you ensure the label design and content-pages are optimised for the best outcome.
Once your Laava Smart Fingerprints are deployed on your products in market, we give you access to scanning information and intelligence. There is no maintenance required from your perspective.
Vendor owns the scan data and customer has access to.
We don’t wish to collect any of your personal information when you scan Laava Smart Fingerprints. Respecting your privacy is our key concern, which is why we don’t require names, log-ins, phone numbers, emails or any other information that identifies users personally.
When you scan a Laava Smart Fingerprint, we capture a picture of your scan and other scan information, or meta-data, required to authenticate the Laava Smart Fingerprint and update its status record. That meta-data may include the originating URL, scan time and location. We also assign and record an anonymised scanner ID with each scan and may use limited device information such as browser and camera settings. Importantly, all the information we collect when you scan a Laava Smart Fingerprint is anonymised and can not easily be used to identify you (Anonymised Information”). If your scan picture includes information that could be used to identify you, we will not seek to do so.
