| Pricing model | Meshed provides our managed LoRaWAN networks as a package deal, where the customer procures the equipment and therefore owns the network and all of the network maintenance is included. The beauty of this model is that there is no cost of connectivty for LoRaWAN devices and the client can add as many as they like. In other words, the network is very cheap to scale up as a single LoRaWAN base-station can theoretically support thousands of sensors. |

| Installation process | The network is designed in consultation with the client, and then a quotation is provided. Normally the network equipment is pre-configured so that everything works "out of the box" and the client is then responsible for attaching the equipment to a building, tower or other available infrastructure, under guidance by Meshed engineers. |
| Ongoing maintenance required and support provided in Australia | Typically no on-the-ground support is required. Meshed has remote access and control capabilities to the network equipment and pro-actively monitors all equipment and backhaul connections. We normally know there is a problem before our clients do, however support is provided during regular business hours 9am to 7pm AEST. |
