P2PAgri (Plan 2 Profit Agri)

P2PAgri is a farm business management (FBM) system for farmers and their advisers to plan, record and analyse business performance to improve profitability, business sustainability and risk management.

This includes the effective measurement and estimation of:

  • liquidity

  • efficiency

  • wealth and various financial performance ratios

  • the comparison of management scenarios to inform future planning.

This will enable farmers, their advisory boards, advisers, banks and accountants to have a greater focus on achieving the farm's business goals.

P2PAgri also significantly value adds to the adviser and accountant service provision, making them more vital and effective for their farmer clients.

Pricing model

There are three levels of direct subscription, which can be purchased monthly or annually. Accredited Adviser subscription includes all three levels on a yearly subscription base.

Installation process

P2PAgri is an online platform providing key business analytics to service Australian farmers. Three subscription levels can be accessed directly by the farmer themselves. Alternatively, a farmer can benefit from the same business support indirectly through an adviser. The adviser subscribes to a wholesale Accredited Adviser level of P2PAgri which allows them to provide business support to an unlimited number of their farmer clients.

Ongoing maintenance required and support provided in Australia

Farmer subscribers are supported one-on-one through free online Zoom sessions of up to 3 hours for the top level of subscription. The Adviser Accreditation process involves one-on-one training in Zoom sessions followed by case-study practice. Once completed successfully, the adviser is listed as an Accredited Adviser on the P2PAgri website.
