Precision Effluent is a comprehensive solution for broadacre dairy farmers using rotational grazing (rather than barn) for the management of effluent, paddock application, GPS recording and NPK integration with fertiliser recording for compliance and productivity.

    A local electrical contractor installs the devices on farm, at the effluent pond by the pump and on the device applying the effluent such as travelling irrigator or centre pivot irrigator.

    Precision Farming subscribes to the farm data ownership principles of the New Zealand Farm Data Standards, which stipulates that original farm data belongs to the farmer, and Precision Farming can use only anonymised aggregated data for industry-good benefits.

  • Data privacy and security policy

    Precision Farming's sister company, Precision Tracking, provides agricultural contractors in New Zealand with a road user tax rebate service where agriculture vehicles operate off-road (i.e. on farms). Hence we are successfully subject to regular audit by the New Zealand government's Road Transport Authority, demonstrating we maintain the highest standards of accuracy, security and permissioned access control.
