Smart Paddock is an Australian-based company developing smart ear tags for the livestock industry that provide real-time information to producers about the health status, behaviour, and accurate geo-location of all the animals in their herd. Utilizing IoT data straight from the paddock, the system will analyse the large amounts of biometric information gathered and give feedback to the producer on several key factors: animal status (health, well-being and location), pedigree management, and pasture land utilisation.
