Metos Eco D3
The Metos Eco D3 is a compact telemetry unit that runs remotely on solar power with a battery. The unit is typically coupled with a rain gauge and air temperature. Popular add ons include the hygrowclip- Air temp and relative humidity sensor, Leaf wetness sensor, wind speed and wind direction sensors, and soil probe sensors. The station has the potential to connect up to 400 additional sensors, this can all be added on at any time. For Delta-T solutions simply add to the station a wind speed and direction sensor with a hygroclip relative humidity sensor and it will calculate the accurate readings and record it historically for future reference.
Please contact us.
The units installation is up to the reseller of the product. The product is ‘Plug and Play’, simply open the station and plug the solar panel and battery into the board. Press the reset button and they will begin to transmit.
Maintenance is very minimal, typically check the rain gauge for potential sediment build up and check solar panel for any contaminant build up on panel and keep clean.
